Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo. This information is used to create and manage your account.
Location Data: The App collects your approximate location to connect you with nearby community members who need help or can provide help. Location data is updated periodically while the App is in use.
Usage Data: We collect information about alerts you send and respond to, including the type of help requested and your location at the time.
We do not sell your personal information. Your approximate location and display name may be visible to other App users in your vicinity when you send or respond to alerts. We do not share your exact location, email address, or other personal details with other users.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard cloud services. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Alert history is retained for a limited period to maintain App functionality. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
